Easy Life provides extensive functionality for trading and
service organizations. The functional coverage is summarized
below.
Order Processing
You can enter all sales orders received with complete details of
items, rate, quantity and other relevant information. You may
create purchase orders with or without linking to Sales Orders.
This makes it easy to create purchase orders, and even easier to
quickly identify sales orders still requiring action for
necessary purchases.
Inventory
Inventory module is linked to order processing functions. You
can enter purchase bills to update item receipts, and at the
same time link them to purchase orders. This link allows quick
entry of purchase bills, simultaneous verification of purchase
order rates and purchase bill rates. This also allows analysis
of items ordered but not yet received, helping you follow up
with your suppliers. Inventory module allows for detailed item
definition, including item grouping and reporting. Stock can be
maintained at multiple stores.
Sales Invoicing
You can prepare and print sales invoices. Sales invoicing is
linked to Sales Orders, Inventory and Financial Accounting
modules. Link to sales orders allows analysis on orders yet to
be billed out to customers. You also have flexibility to issue
items as samples or gifts, maintaining stocks but without
accounting impact.
Financial Accounting
A comprehensive financial accounting system allowing multiple
companies accounts to be maintained, integrated with all above
functions. You can view various reports and drill down from
account ledger, sales register, purchase register, trial
balance, profit and loss statement or balance sheet to voucher
level and zoom back after changes.
Address Book
We extend definition of "account" to address book. Store
complete addresses and contact information for easy retrieval,
reminders and follow up.
